Terms of use

Last updated: October 21, 2026 · Version française

In case of any discrepancy between the English and French versions, the French version prevails.

By using the NexBot website or the virtual assistant it offers, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using them.

1. The service

NexBot provides a virtual customer service assistant that businesses add to their websites. NexBot's client businesses are bound to NexBot by a separate service agreement, which prevails over these terms as far as they are concerned.

2. You are talking to a robot

The assistant is a program, and in some plans it uses artificial intelligence. It may make mistakes, misunderstand a question or give incomplete or outdated information. Its answers are provided for information only.

3. Subscription, payment and cancellation

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The NexBot name, logo, website, code and content created by NexBot are protected. No rights are granted to you, except the right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of external providers (hosting, artificial intelligence provider). We may change or remove features.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NexBot is not liable for indirect damages or for losses resulting from the use of the assistant's answers or from an interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you, in particular those of consumers, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Personal information

The processing of your information is explained in our privacy policy.

9. External links and services

The site may link to third-party sites or services. NexBot is not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Quebec have jurisdiction, subject to the rights the law gives you.
